When Paul Bechtel was the chairman of the
Administrative Council at his church he noticed that the best attended meetings
were those in which post cards where mailed out to committee members. That post
card served as an important reminder to people who had very busy schedules and many
distractions to deal with.
Keeping the needs of his own church and its various committee members in mind, Paul
designed and developed MeetingMemo.com, an automated email notification system
with a web based interface. This system will allow churches, Scouts and other organizations
to remind members and committee members, via email, of upcomming events. If you
